I felt it coming as I was reading this article. I could feel the crescendo building. I was thinking, “wait for it… wait for it.” And sure enough, the infomercial came. I don’t have any objection to Dr. McCullough selling products, it’s just the way it’s done. The article could have just been up front, starting out right away recommending the product and saying why.

Like another commenter I could feel the infomercial but I had to be thankful for the best short article on the physiology of healthy sweating I have ever read.

My complaint/comment is two fold: first, as an exceptional and remarkable physician who is well paid and should be for his hard and honest work in a world of dishonest physicians I find it ironic that this otherwise good man should be so blind to the needs of those with fewer monetary resources.

Would it not be good to recommend an alternative hydration path to those out there who simply cannot afford the very pricey products that are highlighted here? And behold , would not God, who gave Dr. McCullough his intellectual gifts and self discipline be pleased if he used them not just for the rich but also for the poor in a practical way such as alternatives to his pricey Wellness and referred products? I think so.

Second, the article refers to the “evolution” of the liver and kidneys as detoxification mechanisms but this is simply delusion. They were specifically designed and made by the gracious God who created us to be what they are. They did not “evolve” into the miraculous organs they are: to put it into the words of scripture; “we are fearfully and wonderfully made”, and it pleases Him, and behooves us, to recognize this, and speak and write accurately about it.

Many blessings

Perhaps the Europeans should be grateful they don’t have as much a/c as Americans. According to this article, sweating is healthy and rids the body of toxins. However, we must stay hydrated. Good advice.

117 DEGREE heat index yesterday does the same as the indoor sauna.

Here in the Southern Utah Desert the heat Index will be going up to 111 degrees this week. I get out at 6:30 Am to exercise, when it is cooler...and my non-stop walking for 90 minutes covering 4-1/2 miles does bring about sweating. I don't drink a lot of water, but i eat many pounds of mineral-rich home grown fruit daily....no health problems at 92.

I'm grateful for Dr. McCullough's advice on chelation, hydration, detox and vaccine information. I was poisoned by 5 mercury containing RhoGAM injections due to my Rh negative blood type. I had 3 shots while living in Ft. Lauderdale. My symptoms of mercury poisoning showed up with 2 weeks after the shots that were administrated the day after the births of two of my sons in the 80's. I believe I had the benefit of the heat and sweating out the toxins. After moving to Nebraska we had another baby, unfortunately the OB/GYN gave these mercury laced shots during my 28th week of pregnancy and one the day after birth. I reached my toxic tipping point and that shot in my pregnancy caused autism in my youngest son.

Yes, but it will not remove mercury which, once it gets behind the lipid barriers, stops being fat-soluble. It will remove extra-cellular mercury which is still a very good thing. To get at the intra-cellular mercury, you have to use a fat-soluble, dithiol chelator. In the Andy Cutler protocol, we use alpha lipoic acid as a chelator and dose it on its half-life for a minimum number of hours. Using it any other way is harmful.

BINGO!!

Train your system to improve those natural heat shock proteins (sweat)

and cold shock proteins (goosebumps)

Your dermis is a living organ and your first layer of defense on this planet!

There is nothing eloquent about the existential sweating of salt and body rejects through the pores that the mind takes for granted, but lovers of lovely things love the market sound of words like “eloquence”, relaxing, and pure. Unfortunately most cannot afford to buy the sweet words of life style with the product, and those that can have no idea just how existentially adaptable the human body is, least they have a “progressive” mental breakdown.

I prefer raw facts without rose colored glasses.

Take it from a Nam infantry combat veteran. A dozen times Jabbed at once, a hundred pounds heaped onto the torso, dawn to dusk, exclusively column form, prehistoric jungle mountain ridges and ravines, 24/7 surrounded, pitch black night, pop-up, bunker/tunnel, ambush, sweltering heat, drenching humidity, popping salt tabs, six canteens minimum, no refills, dehydrated, malnourished, severe sleep deprivation, six weeks, all jungle rot infection, a two day stand down, refitting, next operation, protecting the eloquence of privilege of academic and normie 1960’s was an eye opener.

Academia, burgeoning bureaucracy, tech, and corporate (media) owned the “military industrial complex” by DC and foreign lobby post Korea, but that’s not what we volunteered for.

If you believe we were victim’s of “da man” like the hippies and Jody’s you are more fool than I for not getting out of the way of jumping from planes and “slicks” (helicopters). But I digress.

Sorry beautiful eloquent people of academic marketeer-ing. (Not to disparage Dr. Mac).

Academia (captured by the 1960’s), have used the Marxist/Fascist marketing struggle of others using sweet and sour words to elevate their hierarchy by comparison, then use their hierarchal stance to demand a following by complicity.

“They are the science”.

That’s what all of this has been about, right? The jabs, being fooled big time? We were the fools eloquently fooled by the eloquent science using “progressive” hubris to lock down with face diapers for the “good of all” mantra of eloquent regimes from within and abroad.

Once one sees deceit, it can’t be unseen, Romans 8:28. It will come abroad and you must choose.

The beautiful people never knew we were there except to condemn us as fools and victims, not to stop but to extend the war to shame and divide America. The ruse was to humiliate returning combat veterans by shouting them down by rear echelon troops (the divide and conquer method), all because our vigilance disrupted the hubris of their propagandized platitudes back then, but at least we learned all about dehydration, deprivation, and deceit that has nothing to do with victimhood sold at a premium today by the beautiful people that captured the institutions post Korea, per Five Star General and President Eisenhower’s 1961 farewell speech.

Value and cost? It’s something the academic socialist at university of the past six decades never understood. They bought the Marxist/Fascist deceit and together vowed and marketeer-ed it to capture the institutions for the coming totalitarian regime’s and here we are. The beautiful people of eloquence have never understood because deep down they were always cowards waxing poetic at another’s expense, it’s what the Marxist and Fascist proxy regimes do to gently suggest “change” through political academia, but the unfortunate degree of fake American hubris allows that “this could not happen to America”, and so they refuse, especially medical research that the corruption in their own ranks is their responsibility, not solely the Executive Branch they defer to.

We now have an incorruptable Executive Branch and the normies have been so tainted by propaganda and sweet talk they don’t know which way is up.

I think I’ll skip the eloquence of Pique, get some fresh hot humid air walking the dog and just have a little extra salt, a banana, and an extra dollop of spuds and broccoli, and thank the Lord I’m still here.
