Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong is an interesting researcher, but he hasn't made any observations that were not already made by Dr. Dalgleish.

I was looking for reference to Dr Patrick as well. As I understand, he has a clinic / practice using the T-cell enhancing process (sounds like very successfully) - FDA approved for bladder cancer - and, he offered the T-cell to WarpSpeed - initially accepted, only to be summarily ‘de-warped’ shortly after. But he used it himself to avoid COVID - which he reports that he did. I’m referencing an interview of him on Tucker Carlson.

Regardless, this is all very very interesting. Thank you!

I concur. Why didn't you even mention Dr. Patrick Soon Shiong.. Please let's help us take you seriously.

This makes me wonder why people like Bill Gates are so set on getting rid of all the cattle due to "global warming". He wants them all gone and us eating fake lab meat. Maybe he knows without the cattle less people will have stronger T cells. Why is he still free to speak on these issues as tho he is an expert?? He and Faux-chi need to share a prison cell.

Very interesting. I need to hang out more with the cattle on our farm. but I'm hoping constantly being around horses and other Critters helps too. It seems to be working. And I always feel better working outside and around animals. Cities make my spirit begin to die within a few days. I have always enjoyed interviews by Professor Angus Dalgleish- they always make sense

It works! Exposure in daily doses is what strengthens the immune system.

Leake wrote, "This approach originated decades ago with the observation that pastoral tribes in Africa who maintained the ancient lifestyle of living with their cattle experienced lower rates of tuberculosis than non-pastoral populations."

My wife said: You put a cow in our backyard and we're done! Tell Leake to...

My youth, from years 8-11, was spent helping my grandfather, a vet, treat bovines at the ranches and farms of the northeast corner of Montana. Plenty of time being dragged through the barnyard slop, now probably a plus.

Tumors also grow from excess, protein, fat and carbs. I got a rapidly growing vaginal tumor in 1976 from dairy...and got rid of it by stopping all dairy, and only eating raw food...not feeding it. It was gone in less than three months. In 1988, I developed another tumor over my right breast...it was an ugly bulbous growth with spikes coming out of it. My children were horrified...and wanted me to have it surgically removed immediately. I didn't panic, because I got rid of the first one by simply removing the dairy. In about the same amount of time, after I stopped using honey in my herb tea...the nasty looking tumor disappeared...only a little pink spot was left...and eventually it was gone. I had been drinking a number of herb teas daily. putting quite a bit of honey (carbs) in them..

I think T. Colin Campbell, in his book: "The China Study" found that he could control cancer growth by increasing or decreasing the amount of casein protein a patient ingested.

Vivian K's avatar

I believe that drastically decreasing the amount of food, regardless of what you do eat, is the difference maker.

Barbara Charis's avatar

I have The China Study. Campbell wrote about the largest study ever done and the dietary results in many canton's in Chino. The one's with the most protein had the most cancer and health problems. I followed Adele Davis, R.D. author in the 1960s who promoted High Protein...I had unnatural cells at every check-up. I also became fat and lethargic. I learned about the dangers of eating too much protein. This is where the High Protein Myth started

When the males were off hunting at the time discussed, females and others that stayed behind and collected mushrooms off animal dung related to cattle for additional food. That is where early humans got some of the Vitamin D they needed, in addition to the D they got from sunshine. That is one of the reasons most humans do not get enough D, in addition to the fact that we cannot get enough from the sun living in Northern climates during winter and we stay inside too much.

You lost my interest with this statement, John Leake: (Quote: "Upon hearing about this product, I was instantly reminded of my longstanding intuition that Homo sapiens —which emerged around 300,000 years ago and migrated out of Africa—has an innate immune system that evolved within the context of living with animals, especially with cattle.") Unquote.

Homo Sapiens? Emerging 300,000 years ago? Please, John Leak, read the Bible, and apply some sleuthing. The Earth is no more than 7,000 years old, and the Flood was about 4,500 years ago... since when the Earth was REPOPULATED to today's numbers by Noah's family, EIGHT PEOPLE. You can easily ascertain that the educational system HAS LIED and defrauded every one of their students, by teaching Darwinism and "evolution". Mind Virus' implanted by universities.

The Bible teaches, that indeed folks had cattle, thousands of cattle, and were healthy. God created their immune systems. They just DID NOT EMERGE, as you state in your comment, around 300,000 years ago. People were created less than 7,000 years ago, by God Almighty, and ALL BUT EIGHT PERSONS died about 4,500 years ago, in the massive Flood, evidenced world wide by open eyed observance of geology. The general education to the contrary IS A FRAUD.

About the article, and the cause of cancer. It is the metallic particles in the "vaccines" that cause the metabolic cascade of failed health. STOP "VACCINATING" AND THE END OF THE CANCER INDUSTRY WILL BE WITNESSED. Pharma is killing our kids$$$$.

Dr. Paul Marik BANNED me for one month from commenting on his Substack about the metallic particles found in "vaccines" as THE ROOT CAUSE OF CANCER, after I had the audacity to query three times as to why he has failed to mention the FACT that metallic particles in "vaccines" CAUSE CANCER. He left out "vaccines" entirely, not one mention of vaccines being even a possible source of the genesis of the evil disease. Of course he is an "expert", I just connect dots. I cancelled my paid subscription to Dr. Marik's Substack as an appropriate response to the insult.

The truth should NEVER BE TRADED AWAY, for ANY reason. The wrath of God is upon all those who love not the truth. Jesus saves, "vaccines" cause cancer, death, and disability.

You and so many have assumed a ridiculous supposition that the Earth is only biblically 7000 years old based on only a couple of statements 1/ "A day is as a thousand years to the Lord." If anything,k you and all the rest of the dogmatic Christians should understand that each day of creation took 1000 years equaling a total of 7000 years. This is the only thing that makes sense. 2/ You left out the pre Adamic race period mentioned in Genesis 1. The Earth is very likely 5 billion years as scientists and geologists have dated it. The Noah story is way deeper than I care to divulge here. 8 people did not populate the entire different races of the earth. No way.

How can we stimulate our T-cells?

My wife has giant cell arteritis, an autoimmune disease, possibly indused from the last flu shot she got in 2019. No vaccines since. Currewnt age 82.

I love Dragon Herbs' Longevity tea bags (an acquired taste), which contains gynostemma and other adaptogenic herbs. Inexpensive, and a household staple. One bag makes 3 cups.

Maybe search Dr Patrick Soon-Shiong - he has a clinic using T-cell enhancement processes. May be in So. California.

Also search his interview with / on Tucker Carlson’s podcast in 2025.

Very interesting

What about cancer in young people or children? Is their thymus gland not functioning well? What reasons would cause poor functioning thymus gland and T cell production.

John Leake's avatar

Cancer refers to a complex and wide range of diseases with a wide range of causes, but T-cell senescence is likely a primary driver of the increasing incidence of cancer with age.

Patte Kelly's avatar

How could the increase in childhood cancer cases and turbo cancers which are somehow correlated to the VACCINE , make some senser? ould vaccines decrease the number of T cells ?

Canute's avatar

Yes.....that is, in part, what they re designed to do.

Vaccines are administered when babies are born and given throughout childhood. It shocks their little bodies and they develop allergies to foods and the environment as well as horrible response such as vascular anomalies and kawasaki disease. This is my personal experience. I wonder if we had refused the onslaught of these poisons would our little girl have develop this response.

Gee, what could it be? 💉

"One of the most stunning features of this catastrophe is this evidence that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines actually cause T-cell exhaustion."

I think it is obvious that this was one of the component designs of the "vaccine" program. After all, the function of the covid charade was in fact to reduce the global population and while they took a pronounced step in that direction there is a continued agenda to re-direct the conversation away form the nefarious and diabolical nature of the mRNA injections and the absurd social regulations designed solely to acclimate societies to enforced behavior. Our primary focus at this moment should be to bring Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci and about a score of other conspirators to trial for mass murder, with the death penalty on the table.

Thanks to earl who put a link in a comment, as I too could not access the article. I have heard Dr Dalgliesh speak about this and was very interested to read this article. Thank you for everything.

Thanks for this interesting article. I couldn't get link to Professor Dalgleish’s paper to work. Is this it: https://www.grahamrook.net/resources/Rook_and_Dalgleish_11.pdf

Thanks

Just curious how you can write an article on T-cell immunity and not mention Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong? Unless he will the topic of future volumes of this topic? Thank you! Love your substack. I don't always agree with your position, but have great respect for the work you do.

Clear framing of immunosenescence, and putting the Dalgleish and Rook work at the center is a smart choice because it shifts the question.

Most aging-and-cancer stories stay on mutation accumulation, but the immunosurveillance angle treats rising cancer risk as partly an immune-regulation problem rather than only a genetic one. The mycobacterial thread is interesting for the same reason: it's less about hitting the tumor and more about resetting a regulatory set-point that drifts with age. Whether that translates to durable prevention is the open question, but it's a different lever to pull.
