You always write fantastic interesting and informative articles Dr. M. I love the trend towards less drunk driving and the alternative drinks that are herbal and a positive for the nervous system. They are exponentially better than the alcohol or big pharma deceptive options.

Thanks for the great articles, the citations to read more, and for all the hard work you do at the McCullough Foundation. 🙏🥰✝️

The Pique life stuff looks interesting with the sexy marketing and all, but aren't we trying to get away from chemical substitutes and eat/drink 'real food'?

That's the food industry. For instance, oats are simple and cheap. Cereals and snack bars are made from cheap oats and packaged for high profit.

Money cannot be made from simple ingredients, hence the creation of food scientists. BTW, all those food scientists came from the tobacco industry after the tobacco industry began gobbling up food manufacturing.

The tobacco industry sells more so-called food products than cigarettes.

Alcohol is the dirtiest drug available. And ironically, it's available everywhere.

I’m curious if you know the statistics on sober, licensed teens who kill people while driving? In 2021, 8.5% of all traffic fatalities involved a sober teen driver. Why are they out there on the road? If we can get the drunks off the road, why don’t and can’t we get the teens off the road? Or maybe jail the parents who let them drive - the way we do the parents of kids who get their hands on a gun.
