Taxes were to be used to support our infrastructure...bridges, dams, roads, etc. The third thing taxes were for; DOMESTIC Concerns...not involvement in foreign affairs. We were not supposed to send aid to foreign countries with kickbacks to the congressperson promoting it. There should be instantaneous removal from Congress for any Congressman who goes against the Constitution.
