I don't doubt this at all, but it can't fully explain things. My brother, in his 60s, decided he's my sister. Of all of us, he's probably chosen the best diet. He and his wife, (yep) were gourmet home cooks, (she passed), and gourmet restaurant connoisseurs.
Well if your brother was born in the '60s and he began eating estrogenated foods when he was ten-ish, 50 years of estrogens and hormones can have an effect.
Gourmet food is delicious, but not necessarily health conscious, as in eating organic and deliberately avoiding hormone filled beef, poultry, and plastics.

Presumably the number of doctors pushing children to mutilate themselves is small, because doing so evidences serious mental disturbance, but with very few exceptions medical "professionals" destroyed their credibility when they pushed people to get injected with a radical new technology which had no medium or long term track record or testing for a disease which posed no meaningful risk for the vast majority (zero risk for healthy children). The lack of risk was perfectly evident early on to anyone with a reasonable grasp of grade school math who took a little time to look at infection fatality rate data (took me perhaps 15 minutes on the CDC site mid 2020...read footnotes and do the math). Then those same purported professionals continued to push COVID injections after they proved horrifically dangerous (see VAERS data) and eventually worse than ineffective.
