I'm encouraged to see more people realizing that the protection against getting the flu or any other respiratory illness happens at the mucosal layer, the epithelial barrier that separates the outside of us from the inside. Ignorning the barrier by taking a needle and squirting something inside the body will not provide mucosal protection, in fact, it can ruin it. Natural exposures will provide protection at the barrier by stimulating the secretion of IgA mucosal antibodies, and providing a layer of tissue resident t cells just under the epithelium. This protection will be provided whether or not symptoms occur. But, as you say, people can either rinse or coat the nasal and throat mucosa as another layer of protection. It's just common sense.

This works great for me. Since my early experience with flu like covid, I learned of and have shared Dr. McCullough's early pandemic era suggestion of using a diluted solution of Povidone-Iodine Solution 10% as a gargle and nasal rinse to any friend or family member who would listen. Stops or lessens onset of sore throat in its tracks. I have never taken an mRNA vaccine or related booster.

Why is Flu so bad? It tunes the immune system. The Flu Vaccine only causes more Flu.

LOL!!!! Isn’t it amazing that the flu completely disappeared in 2021-2022, but was the highest ever in 2024-2025.

Azithromycin and Tamiflu should not be in the Wellness Kit. Check out the side effects and the negative imapct on hepatic function. What should be included is 5,000 iu's of vitamin D. The gargle and mouth rinse should have a Zinc component. I can make my own with a salt water gargle and adding a Zinc tablet. Self medicating with the wellness kit should be done under the supervison of a community based physcian and a pharmacist. Selling directly to patients via mail is a formula for

mistakes in health care. This is a Big Pharma approach foir treating the flu and etc, and there are better ways. The only positive is not including Tylenol, which would again have a negative impact on hepatic function. TrumpRX will be another program that ignores the important role that the community physician and community pharmacist has in making sure that medical treatment is not detrimental to the health of the patient. This would not be taking place except for the fact that President Biden mandated that EAU and Pace be extended to the end of 2029. His motivation for doing it was to make sure Pfizer and etc who are creating RNA injections have a return on their investments. In my view, it is a sad state of affairs. The fact that the DC politicians are fighting RFK Jr. goals is another indication that Big Pharma wants to continue to rule medical treatment for maximum profit and not good health. Now Amazon is testing RX dispensing machines in California.

This again will have negative implications for the wellness of patients.

Aside from the fact that it is simple to buy Vitamin D or zinc, over the counter, I believe that if you look at the insert for just about ANY pharmaceutical, there is the potential for hepatic injury.

Not all but many especially if taken chronically.

Good suggestions. Another suggestion...eliminate dairy...I eliminated it and did not have one cold or cough from 1997, until I got CV-19 in 2022...and developed a slight cough. Cow's milk was designed for the 500 pound growth of a baby calf in its first nine months. ...its composition is entirely different than human breast milk. Human milk is designed for the 14 pound growth of a human infant in its first year. Goat's milk is different. It does not have the massive growth factor that cows and bulls have. Logic should have told people that cow's milk is not for human consumption. It is the first food of an infant, when it has no teeth. It takes ten pounds of milk to make one pound of cheese...it has far too much protein for human consumption. it creates a lot of mucous in the human body. This is another suggestion in order to eliminate colds.
