It was genetically matched to RMR-1029, the Ames strain virus that was traced to Ivins lab at Ft Dietrick, so there was no doubt about where it came from, which you imply in your article. However, Ivins as the “sole perpetrator” buys into the govt. narrative. You do mention some skeptics of that story, but it was much more likely a US government false flag attack against the opponents of the Patriot Act Daschle and Leahy. You left that out as recounted in “The 2001 Anthrax Deception: The Case for a Domestic Conspiracy (2014)”, by Graeme MacQueen, a much more likely scenario.
