A New York judge ruled on Thursday that a pair of Buffalo parents do not have to go to the slammer after their two-month-old daughter died of malnutrition and dehydration. A medical examiner ruled the death a homicide, and the parents pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter. All they received as their punishment was five years of probation.
Judge James Bargnesi made that disgusting decision. So killing infants in the Sadistic State of NY is welcomed, encouraged and not punishable by law.
