When the very first video came out it looked like maybe it was a bad shoot & I told myself to wait for the body cam. I needed to see what he was seeing at the time. Before it was released I saw a podcaster break down the first video pausing at different increments. That is when I saw 2 facts I found important. The first being that it was easy to confuse the agent shooting with the other agent to his right & it was clearer how the shooting agent was moving. The 2nd was Goode’s left front tire. After she put her SUV in reverse & cocked her wheels, her tire lost traction, spun out when she punched it. That slowed down her initial exceleration when she punched the gas going forward. Her tire would not have lost traction if she was trying to leave at a safe speed. A day later the agent’s cell phone video was released. *NOTE: the agents do not have body cams because the previous administration severely cut I.C.E.’s budget right at the start of the Biden’s term & I believe at least 1 or 2 more times after that. The only agents who have body cams are the Quick Response Teams.* Carl Higbie on NewsMax, a former SEAL & very familiar with the training for approaching a vehicle & positioning the agents were using, ran through the video & froze it right before Goode punched the gas. She was looking dead straight at the agent, eye contact with a smirk when the agent again ordered her to stop & get out. then punches it. Her front tire loosing traction slowed down the force of which the SUV hit the agent. If not for that the agent would have been struck with even more force than he was. Instead of just injuries causing internal bleeding, he would have been far worse shape or dead. Of course I am not a forensics expert & I don’t claim to be. But when you look at all angles of the incident from above ground it would appear that agent was damn lucky & Goode was just plain foolish.

One more point that really pisses me off about Goode & her partner. Their dog was in the back seat. You’ll see that in the agent’s video. To bring loved ones that are precious, innocent & defenseless to situations with a high propensity for something bad to happen tells me both of them were pretty damn stupid. I hope that poor dog did not get hurt when she crashed or that it caught a bullet. I have seen it at so many “friendly protests” that are really just agitator rallies, babies in strollers, little kids that are only holding up signs mommy told them to hold up, dogs that could get hurt or even bite someone it perceives as dangerous. Leave the kids & pets at home!
