Sen. Johnson thanked at the outset Naomi Wolf, and Ed Berkowitz (sp?), and others, I'm confused as to why Naomi is claiming there was no acknowledgement given? This was an historic gathering no less than the early gatherings of the continental congress. We are witnessing a revolution and there are many behind the scenes that are heroes, many who will remain nameless. The more visible and vocal will be named in a historical context, but the important point is that the brave fought for freedom for everyone and won. It is the legacy that matters, it is costly, it involves great sacrifice, some sacrifices involve anonymity. Regardless, future generations benefit, and we save children from oppression and exploitation. It is the duty of everyone to protect the vulnerable. Ignorance is not an option; it is the duty of everyone to be skeptical of all narratives and discover resources free of conflicts of interest.
