Hope this lawsuit gains momentum and notoriety—unvaccinated kids are so much healthier than vaccinated: https://unorthodoxy.substack.com/p/vaccinated-children-are-sicker-than

Some vaccines only appear to work. They modify how the immune system works interrupting the immune system defense cascade. Most pathogens are fought off well before antibodies are made. Jumping right to antibodies via a vaccine without priming the rest of the immune system can result in unpredictable consequences including death.

If a parent's child is vaccinated and the shot works, the parent does not need to worry about whether or not my children are vaccinated. If a parent's child is vaccinated and the shot does not work, the parent does not need to worry about whether or not my children are vaccinated. STOP the coercion.

As a child I really believed in America as being an ideal country. My family were flag-waving Americans. At 12, I had an awakening, when I visited Washington, D.C. with a group of many children who sold newspaper subscriptions to visit the capital. We were standing in a line outside of a hotel where we were to stay...and people came along pulling the little black children out of the line. They couldn't stay in the same hotel. I could not believe this would happen in America. I was really shocked.

I had really believed that America was the land of the free...Now, during the last 5 years I have seen tyranny take over. Many Americans were forced to accept medical treatment they didn't want! No government should have the right to force its people to medicate. This goes against the Nuremberg Tribunals (1945-1946) which punished those who had committed medical atrocities. Ignorant tyrants forcing toxic vaccines on people is committing an atrocity.

WARNING, Pentacel, an approved vaccine on the CDC SCEDULE for children 6 weeks and older, is actually a vaccine for 5 illnesses/ diseases. That is a 5 in 1 shot, and 4 doses of Pentacel are recommended. And this year's Fluzone shot is for 4 viruses in 1 shot. INSANITY

I'm in Canada. Vaccines are pushed but not mandatory (for now at least...). Though I know the general population is not aware of the side effects on their children, this policy has surely given a break on excessive vaccination (my wishful thinking maybe). I don't have data on this., I just know that it has spared many shots on my teenage grand-children. Considering our doctors have followed and pushed a protocole on all parents on babies and toddlers, are our children any sicker and dying than those in countries whose injections are mandatory? Just sayin', it's feasable to keep the shots non-mandatory without wreaking havoc the country and its state of health...

I am hopeful for this law suit. While this lawsuit was filed in the Washington D.C. District Court (since the CDC is located in Washington D.C.), I hope that a "blue" decision that is appealed to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals can be successful. I don't really know how those Appeals work - I never practiced law in D.C. - but since Judge Jeanine Pirro is now our new top DC Prosecuting Attorney for the DC Court of Appeals,

I think that would mean that she would head the Prosecution team in the DC Court of Appeals, but don't hold me to it. I always found this confusing in law school and I only practiced in Texas Courts. Anyway, while an Appeals Court is to consider only issues regarding Court Procedure and the Law, and not facts, that was applied in the lower court, this could result in good news for health-freedom advocates.

If anyone understands this better than I do, please chime in. Please hope and pray.
