On 11/30/21 I got a pretty significant, natural case of Covid. I remain unvaxed. That infection killed my sense of smell, or distorted it, and it has never recovered. I am always very interested in therapies that may help me recover my sense of smell. It is amazing the scents you miss! My joy in food is gone as well. I hope these studies help come up with options to repair or retrain the sensory neurons in order for us to regain that very important sense!
Have you tried nicotene as recommended by Dr. Ardis. That returned his wife's sense of taste. You can see his presentation about nicotene therapy at Thedrardisshow.
You may want to consider seeing someone who practices homeopathy. They often have great success addressing conditions that practitioners of allopathic medicine cannot resolve.
As long as 'experts' stick with the viral cause of SARS-CoV-2 they'll never fully understand the etiology of what was done to the world's population. I think Dr Brian Ardis has a far better understanding about what caused SARS-CoV-2 than anybody else.
I had CV-19, but HCQ took care of it rapidly. The only side effect I had was a little cough, which lasted for a number of weeks. I am very much into taking personal steps to keep healthy by avoiding processed foods and eating natural food. One has to do all the things on a regular basis to keep well. This includes getting sunshine, fresh air, good rest, exercise and being aware of all the toxic matter in the environment ...and avoid them. This helps builds natural immunity.
DR. McCullough, when you said “burnt rubber”, that was the same exact description of smell my husband made when he had Covid and could not eat. I gave him Budesonide Nasal spray after reading an ENT’s description of this in patients with Chronic sinusitis. By the next morning he was improving.
I lost taste and partial smell after the Jansen vax. I thought maybe I was having some hormonal change or something. It did seem coincidental to lose it weeks after the shot.
I’ve lost my taste and smell for a long time. My mouth feels like I just had a drink of scalding coffee and that’s constant. I had the vaccine in March 2021 and had Covid in February 2022 which caused severe injuries due to fainting and again in October 2023 which my husband also got Covid and passed away 20 days later, I was so sick with Covid that I vaguely remember the EMT taking him out of our bedroom to the hospital. My ears stop up and pop, raspy throat. Don’t remember exactly when all this started but hasn’t gotten any better.

Very informative. Thank you. As you know Dr McCullough, I've never had the virus but one vaccine and my Spike is decreasing, but I still can't smell. The way I explain it to people is that when you have a cold your sense of smell Alters your taste as well, but I can still taste. Maybe I'm missing out on taste, without knowing. The odd thing is, things taste too salty to me. And if anything before, I probably used too much salt. Would love to be in a study
